MEMBERS OF THE NFFO
Carries the SCV Code of Practice 60 miles Category 2 Workboat Code and can work up to 60 miles from a safe haven commercially. She carries on board 2 fully quallified skippers and also two crew both of whom have all relevant qualifications.
The MFV Perseverance is a 40ft. Displacement boat built in 1985 by C Toms of Polruan as a shellfish boat and inshore guard vessel.
She has undertaken the following work - any form of transfer work and/or guard/scouting work with ease and she is available now. She is capable of spending up to 21 days at sea. The vessel is based at Bridlington and the crew are willing to work from any Ports/Harbours
Pete Sanderson is available to work as an experienced Fisheries Liaison Officer on board the MFV Perseverance if so required.

PETE SANDERSON
Pete Sanderson - has spent the past 25 years in the fishing industry and is continuing a long line of traditional family fishing.
Choosing to work static gear , Pete is very much aware of the importance of sustainable fishing as he has two sons who he would love to see carry on the family tradition. Pete was educated at Hull Trinity House Nautical School and carries all relevant qualifications including the Offshore Yachtmasters Certificate (endorsed for commercial work).
Prior to owning MFV Perseverance he owned the Our Louise. Pete worked for the same fishing company for 13 years as crew and skipper and has carried out both posts on many commercial jobs ie; pipeline installation, scout work, bomb guard, standby work and transfer work etc. Pete is also an experienced Fisheries Liaison Officer.
JAMES GLADSTONE
James Gladstone - Skipper/Crew. James was born and bred in Bridlington he has been in the fishing industry for approximately 10 years and has become a very able seaman in all aspects. James has passed his Yachtmasters Offshore Certificate and has all relevant qualifications. James handles chartwork, watches etc with ease and has skippered Guard Work. He is a highly intelligent and well rounded family man who we see as an asset and an integral part of our Company for many years to come.
New Steel vessel under construction
Watch this space. We are currently in the process of having a new steel vessel built by Messrs Harris & Garrod of Grimsby. We expect the vessel to be completed and ready for commercial works during the months of October/November 2013.
